Build-a-Course Room

BUILD-A-COURSE ROOM
Put theory into action through a series of hands-on, development activities using a wide variety of authoring tools. Sessions will focus on authoring for specific interactivity types such as embedded gaming, discovery exercises, software simulations, role-play interactions, creative assessments, and more. Your host will be E-Learning Expert and Analyst Bryan Chapman. Sessions will be led by authoring experts. Bring your Wi-Fi enabled laptop with space to install a demo version for the authoring application and the materials needed to complete each activity.

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM:   Embedding Games and Interactive Interactions (Using Raptivity)   

3:15 PM - 4:15 PM:  Creating Scenario-based Courses (Using Adobe eLearning Suite 2.5)

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM:   Creating Sophisticated, Answer-Judging Interactions (using ZebraZapps by Allen Interactions)

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Building Video-Centric Mobile Learning (Using mLearning Studio by Rapid Intake)  

3:30 PM - 4:30 PM:   Changing the Rules: No Programming Required (Using Articulate Storyline)
