Attendee Service Center
Log in to print out a confirmation, invoice or select/change a Hands-on Clinic.  If you need to change your registration or person attending, please contact Customer Service at 847.620.4483 or registration@goeshow.com.
 

Badges
Badges will not be mailed in advance.   You will receive an Express Check-In approximately 10 days prior to the conference with registration hours and updates.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your Conference, Certificate or Summit registration, you must do so in writing—either by e-mail or by fax—by January 30, 2012.  Cancellations received by January 30, 2012 are subject to a $100 processing fee.  After January 30, 2012, we are happy to accept substitutions, but no refunds will be issues.

Certificates of Completion
At the conclusion of the Certificate Programs, attendees will receive a certificate of completion from Training magazine.

CPT Points
Training magazine Events are pre-approved by the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI). You can earn up to 12 CPT points to re-certify as a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) with any Training magazine Conference or Certificate Program.  Full information on CPT certification can be found at

Discounts
Discounts are available on the Conference and Certificate program registrations for groups (3 or more), government/military personnel, higher education institutions, and charitable organizations.  For more information, contact
staff@trainingmagevents.com.

Discounts are only valid on Conference and Certificate program registrations.  Only one discount per person; discount codes may not be combined.  Discounts must be applied prior to payment.

Dress Code
The conference is business casual. We’ll set the meeting room temperatures at 72 degrees. Please dress accordingly.

Group Registrations
Groups may register online.  You will be prompted “To add additional attendee” on the Review page.  In order to get a group discount on the Conference or Certificate program, all attendees must be from the same company/organization.  Discounts are available starting at Groups of 3 or more.   Contact

Invoices
You may register online and select "Balance Due," an invoice will be automatically generated.  Payments are due in full prior to the start of the event.

Letter of Invitation (International Visas)
Once you are registered and paid in full, send an email requesting an International Visa letter of invitation for Training 2012 to
registration@goeshow.com.

Lunch
Full Conference, Certificate and Summit registrations include a lunch each day.  All Expo-Only badges may purchase lunch on Monday and Tuesday.

Mailing LIst Removal
If you would like to be removed from the mailing or email list, please send your request to
staff@trainingmagevents.com.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and checks (US funds on a US bank).  If you are submitting a purchase order, please note your final payment is due prior to receiving your badge onsite.  For information to pay by Wire Transfer (EFT), please contact customer service.  You may also pay on site by cash, check or credit card.

Payment by Check:  Make checks payable to Training 2012 and mail with your registration form.  If you pre-registered online or are paying an invoice, please place each attendee's name on the remittance portion of your payment.

Press Passes
Press must email their credentials to
staff@trainingmagevents.com for review by show management.  Passes are valid for the 3-Day Conference & Expo.

Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders, but final payment by check or credit card is required prior to the start of Training 2012 and receiving your badge (Note: you may pay on site.)  Purchase orders stating payment will be made after Training 2012 will NOT be accepted. 

Special Services/Assistance
If you require special services/assistance at Training 2012, please check the box on the registration form.  Or, email
conferences@trainingmagevents.com to discuss your needs.

Substitution Policies
Substitution requests must be sent in writing to customer service.  If the substitution is done on site, please speak to the Registration Manager.
