Sometimes I think we get so bogged down in the intricacies of daily life—both work and personal—that we forget about the wonder of learning. As learners, we allow the immense satisfaction of furthering our own personal development to get lost in everyday routine. And as trainers, an ever-increasing workload often buries our passion and creativity. So I was thrilled when I found out that the Training 2013 Conference & Expo would be held at a Walt Disney World resort. Aside from the fact that my husband and I are absolute kids at heart (plus I get to wear my version of a princess dress to the Training Top 125 gala), what better place to rediscover the magic of learning?
