Carolyn Balling, training manager at E-LOAN and author of Fit to Train: How to Succeed at Training Delivery (Without Really Tiring), will lead a colorful exploration of the area's natural terrain. Balling also coaches Team in Training, an endurance program for marathon walkers, which benefits The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
