Log in to print out a confirmation, invoice or use the Session Planner in the Attendee Service Center. If you need to change your registration or person attending, please contact Customer Service at 1.847.620.4483 Ext. 1 or email Customer Service (with Training Conference in the subject line).
Badges will not be mailed in advance. You will receive an Express Check-In e-mail approximately one week prior to the conference with registration hours and updates. The schedule online will be the most current information about the event.
Should you need to cancel your paid Conference or Event registration, you must do so in writing—either by e-mail to Customer Service by fax to 1.847.277.7414. Cancellations received by February 7, 2020, will be charged a $100 processing fee (you will receive a refund less $100). After February 7, 2020, no refunds will be given, but we are happy to accept substitutions or offer a letter of credit for a future Conference or online Certificate program. Expo-only registrations are non-refundable.
At the conclusion of the Certificate Programs, attendees will receive a certificate of completion from Training magazine.
Training Magazine Events are pre-approved by the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI). You can earn up to 12 CPT points to re-certify as a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) with any Training magazine Conference or Certificate Program. Full information on CPT certification can be found at ISPI.
Discounts are available on the 3-Day Conference for the following: government/military personnel; academic institutions; charitable non-profit organizations; as well as groups of 3 or more from the same organization. Learn more here and contact Show Management for details.
Discounts are only valid on the 3-Day Conference. Only one discount per attendee; discount codes may not be combined. Discounts are valid only when applied prior to payment (refunds will not be given for discount codes after payment is made).
Please note, Training does not use Volunteers at its events.
The conference is business casual. You may wish to bring a light jacket or sweater as room temperatures may vary.
Groups may register online. You will be prompted 'To add additional attendee' on the Review page. In order to get a group discount on the 3-Day Conference, all attendees must be from the same company/organization and request a discount code prior to registering.. Discounts are available starting at Groups of 3 or more. Email Show Management for pricing/discount codes and specify Training Conference.
You may register online and select "Balance Due," an invoice will be automatically generated. Payments are due in full prior to the start of the event in order for you to receive your badge. Special group invoices are available upon request.
3-Day Conference and Certificate registrations include a lunch each day. For co-located events, view their web pages for details.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and checks (US funds on a US bank). Credit card charges will show under 'Lakewood Media Group.'
If you are submitting a purchase order for your registration, please make sure your accounting/purchasing dept. knows that final payment is due prior to receiving your badge onsite by credit card, check, money order or wire transfer. For International Attendees who wish to pay by Wire Transfer, please contact Customer Service. You may also pay on site by cash, check, money order or credit card.
Payment by Check: Make checks payable to Lakewood Media Group and mail with your registration form. If you pre-registered online or are paying an invoice, please place each attendee's name on the remittance portion of your payment.

Press must email their credentials to Show Management for review by show management. Passes are valid for the 3-Day Conference & Expo. Certificate programs and co-located events require an additional fee.
We accept purchase orders as a guarantee for payment, but final payment by check or credit card required prior to the start of the Training Conference to receive your badge. (You may pay on site including paying in cash in US Dollars.) Purchase orders stating payment will be made after Training Conference & Expo will not be accepted.
If you require special services need (food allergy, accessibility need), please indicate it on the space provided on the online registration form prior to February 7, 2020. If you've mailed or faxed in a registration form, please contact Customer Service.
Substitution requests must be done through Customer Service (please email or call them at the number at the top of this page). You may also make a substitution on site. Please alert the Registration staff at the time of check-in about the change so they can update the registration and output your badge. See the Cancellation Policy near the top of the page.
We do not use volunteers at the Training Conference & Expo. Please inquire for discounts.
