3 Ways To Register

1. Online with a credit card (Amex, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa).  You may also register online and be invoiced (and pay later by Check, Wire Transfer or Credit Card). Simply select Balance Due for "payment method," if you are paying later. When you select "Balance Due," and invoice will be sent by email. PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY FEBRUARY 5, 2021, TO ATTEND THE VIRTUAL CONFERENCE.

Payment Methods:

We accept payment by business check (US funds on a US bank) payable to Lakewood Media Group, and the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. International attendees may to pay by Wire Transfer, you may register and select "balance due" for payment method, then contact Customer Service (with Training Conference in the subject line).

If you are submitting a Purchase Order, please submit it with a hard copy registration form by email, mail, or fax: 1.847.277.7414 and an invoice will be sent as part of the Balance Due notice. Final payment is required prior to the start of the Training Virtual Conference by check or credit card.  A purchase order is not final payment.

Payment is required prior to attending the virtual conference (Feb. 8-12) and prior to attending and Online Certificate Program.
 

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policies: 

If you need to cancel your paid registration, your cancellation must be received by January 29, 2021, in writing—either e-mail registration@goeshow.com or fax to 1-847-277-7414. Cancellations received by January 29, 2021, will be charged a $50 processing fee (you will receive a refund less $50). No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 29, 2021.  However, for the online certificate programs, after January 29, 2021, we are happy to accept substitutions or issue a letter of credit for a future event.
