We are committed to the health and safety of our guests, teams, and the wider community while we are in Orlando. Training's Operations Directors are working closely with Walt Disney World Operations to ensure we exceed all local and federal safety and hygiene guidelines. Training and Coronado Springs leadership are also working on realistic capacity limits for the sessions/events in Orlando. We accept payment by business check (US funds on a US bank) payable to Lakewood Media Group, and the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. International attendees may to pay by Wire Transfer, you may register and select "balance due" for payment method, then contact Customer Service (with Training Conference in the subject line). We also accept cash (US Dollars) or money orders (US Dollars) at the conference.
If you are submitting a Purchase Order, please submit it with a hard copy registration form by email, mail, or fax: 1.847.277.7414 and an invoice will be sent as part of the Balance Due notice. Final payment is required prior to the start of Training Conference & Expo by check or credit card. A purchase order is not final payment.. Badges will not be issued without full payment.
Payment is required prior to attending the virtual conference (Feb. 8-12) and prior to receiving a badge onsite in Orlando to attend in-person events.
If you need to cancel your paid registration, your cancellation must be received by January 29, 2021, in writing—either e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 1-847-277-7414. Cancellations received by January 29, 2021, will be charged a $100 processing fee (you will receive a refund less $100). No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 29, 2021. However, for the in-person Orlando events, we are happy to accept substitutions or issue a letter of credit for a future event.
In the unlikely event Training 2021 Conference & Expo is unable to take place in person in Orlando, you will have the option of receiving a letter of credit (for TechLearn 2021 or Training 2022 Conference) OR a pro-rated refund. A pro-rated refund is your Training 2021 Conference & Expo (Orlando+Virtual) registration fee that you paid less the $495 value of the Virtual Conference (Feb. 8-12). If Orlando Certificate Programs or GamiCon are unable to take place in person, they will be transferred to an online format (or you may receive a credit for a future in person event). Expo Only fees will be refunded if the Expo does not take place.
In order for us to accommodate your special service need in Orlando, please contact us by Friday, February 5, 2021 with your needs (e.g. assisted access to sessions or special meal need due to dietary restrictions or allergies). Please indicate it on the space provided on the online registration form. If you've mailed or faxed in a registration form, please contact Customer Service to add it to your registration.
