Hotel Shuttle for Hilton Guests

We are happy to provide complimentary shuttle service to/from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort for attendees staying at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace.

Look for the Training 2024 Shuttle signs at both resorts and in the shuttle windows.

Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort (CS):

1000 West Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830
Pick-up/Drop-off Location: Convention Center Porte Cochere (outside Coronado Ballroom, near registration counters)

Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace (HIL):

1900 East Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830
Pick-up/Drop-off Location: Convention Loop (1st Floor across from the Citron Ballroom)
Watch for shuttle directional signage inside the Hilton or use the directions below:
- While on the 3rd Floor of the Hilton, head towards the Convention area (opposite direction of the Front Desk)
- Go down the escalators
- Once off the escalators, make the first right, and then first left out the glass door to the Convention Loop
The Convention Loop is on the 1st Floor across from Citron Ballroom. See this map of the Hilton.

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 25:

First shuttle picks up at HIL at 3:30 pm and loops continuously between HIL and CS
Second shuttle picks up at HIL at 4:00 pm and loops continuously between HIL and CS
Last shuttles leave CS at 8:30 pm and 8:45 pm for HIL

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26:

First shuttle picks up at HIL at 6:45 am and loops continuously between HIL and CS
Last shuttles leave CS at 10:30 pm and 11:00 pm for HIL

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 27:

First shuttle picks up at HIL at 7:00 am and loops continuously between HIL and CS
Last shuttle leaves CS at 5:45 pm for HI

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 28:

First shuttle picks up at HIL at 7:00 am and loops continuously between HIL and CS
Last shuttle leaves CS at 3:45 pm for HIL
