Airport Transportation/Taxis
Taxi fare from the Orlando International Airport to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is approximately $67-78 including 10% tip (estimated rate only/subject to rate changes). View taxi information from other destinations. You may also take Uber/Lyft.
NOTE: Disney’s Magical Express service (shuttle to and from the Airport) was discontinued a few years ago. Disney recommends using Lyft or booking with Mears Transportation.
Conference participants are responsible for their own airport transportation.
Disney Park Tickets & My Disney Experience App
A custom site has been created for Training 2025 attendees to assist you with a one-stop shop with links to purchasing theme park tickets, My Disney Experience, Dining, and more. Specially-priced tickets will be available through March 1, 2025 (see also "Disney Theme Park Tickets'" and "Theme Park Reservations" notes below.) Use the buy tickets link which will be active through February 23, 2025 (cutoff dates subject to change.)
Theme park tickets purchased through the on-site ticket store will be valid February 5, 2025, through March 1, 2025.
- Disney Theme Park Tickets: See paragraph above for purchasing Disney Theme Park tickets. In addition to a ticket, guests ages 3 and up may also need to make a Theme Park Reservation* for the date and theme park that they want to visit.
- Theme Park Reservations*: Park Reservations may be required to visit theme parks using these specially-discounted tickets. To enter a theme park, all guests ages 3 and older may need a park reservation* in addition to valid admission for the same park on the same date (limit one park per day).
- Check availability for a Theme Park reservation or make a Theme Park reservation*
- Complimentary shuttles are provided from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort to the Disney Parks (see Walt Disney World Transportation below)

Theme Park reservations are required (for guests ages 3 and up)
for the first park entered for no-date based tickets which are park hopping. After the ticket has been engaged at that first park, Park hopping can continue without a reservation.
If a guest has purchased a date/park specific ticket, a reservation is not required.

My Disney Experience App
After obtaining your Disney's Coronado Springs Resort hotel confirmation number* (see second bullet below), you can connect your tickets/reservations to My Disney Experience by using your acknowledgment number generated from our reservation system.
- Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort will take a one night’s room and tax deposit within 24 hours of making your hotel reservation.
- You will be able to obtain your Disney hotel confirmation number 48 business hours after the date of making your hotel reservation, by contacting the Disney Group Reservations at 1.407.939.4686. Disney has dedicated agents available:
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm ET (New York)
Saturdays/Sundays: 8:30am - 5:00pm ET (New York)
- You will then be able to connect your reservation to My Disney Experience APP by using your acknowledgment number generated from our reservation system.

Disney Internet Help Desk at 407.939.5277 for assistance in linking your reservation. Phone lines are open 7:00am - 11:00pm ET (New York) daily.

If you are a guest at the Drury Hotel Orlando - Disney Springs Area, you will be able to obtain your Disney hotel confirmation number on or after February 1 by contacting the Drury Plaza at 407.560.6111. You will then be able to connect your reservation to My Disney Experience App by using that Drury hotel confirmation number.
Luggage Storage at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort
If you are staying at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, luggage storage is at the Bell Desk at the Gran Destino Tower all days.
Parking at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort
Daytime self-parking at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is complimentary for all Training 2025 participants.
- If you are a registered hotel guest at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, drive to the main Coronado Springs Resort entrance. Inform the security kiosk representative that you need to check in to your room. After checking in to your room, you will be told where your sleeping room building is located, and the closest parking to your building.
- Conference Attendees NOT staying at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort should drive to the main Coronado Springs Resort entrance and take an immediate left at the first stop sign to go direct to convention parking and bypass going through the security kiosk of desired.
- Overnight self-parking at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort: Complimentary for registered hotel guests at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
- Valet Parking is also available at $42 per day if desired. (parking cost subject to change without notice.)

Walt Disney World Resort Transportation
Transportation from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort to Parks and Dining.
During your stay at the Coronado Springs Resort, enjoy the convenience of Disney transportation throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. Just steps from the main entrance of the resort, motor coaches are waiting to take you to and from the Disney Theme Parks (Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Magic Kingdom), Water Parks, and Disney Springs (restaurants, shops, and more). These Disney coaches are not intended for transportation between hotels.
Training 2025 Show Management will provide shuttles between the Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando - Disney Springs Area and Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort as follows:
Sunday, February 16 (shuttle start in the PM)
Monday, February 17 through Wednesday, February 19: AM/PM shuttles. No midday shuttles Monday-Wednesday. Additional shuttle details to follow
