Additional Registration Information

Cancellation/Refund Policies
Should you need to cancel your Training Conference or Pre-Conference event registration after making payment, please contact Customer Service (with Training Conference in the subject). Your may transfer your registration to another person at any time prior to the conference. If you are not able to make a substitution:

  • Cancellations received by January 24, 2025, will be assessed a $100 handling/processing fee and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded within 30 days.
  • Cancellations received after January 24, 2025, no refunds will be given. However, you may request a credit to apply to a future Training Conference or TechLearn Conference registration.

Payment Methods
We accept payment by corporate check (US funds on a US bank) or money order (US funds) payable to Lakewood Media Group, and the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. International attendees may to pay by wire transfer, you may register and select "balance due" for payment method, then contact Customer Service for how to pay (with Training Conference in the subject line).

Purchase Orders
If you are submitting a Purchase Order, please register with a "Balance Due" payment to generate an invoice. Then, send the Purchase Order by email to customer service or fax it to: 847.277.7414. If you need us to send the invoice to your accounting, please state that by email (and if you need the PO# on the invoice). Full payment of the invoice, by check or credit card, is required prior to the start of the TechLearn Conference.

Special Services/Assistance
If you require special services/assistance at the Training Conference, please answer the questions on the registration form or email Conference Management. In order for us to best accommodate your special need, please submit your request by the following dates:

  • Access to Sessions (e.g. wheelchair, hearing-impairment): Friday, January 24
  • Special Meal Need (due to dietary restrictions/allergies): Friday, January 24
