What is Braindate?
Training 2026 is excited to introduce Braindate — a people-powered learning experience designed to help you get more out of your conference experience! It brings you together for one-on-one and small-group conversations based on shared interests, questions, and challenges.
There are no panels, pitches, or formal presentations. Just real conversations with peers who are here to learn, share, and think together.
Braindate turns the conference into a marketplace of ideas where you choose what you want to talk about and who you want to learn from.
How to Braindate
- Log In to Braindate: Access the Training 2026 Braindate platform online ... or download the Training Mag Events app via your app store, open Training 2026 Conference, log in via the head icon at the bottom, and select Braindate on the main menu. Visit the Braindate Lounge in the Laredo Lobby onsite for assistance or to partipate, as well! (NOTE: You need to be registered for the conference to access and participate in Braindates.)
- Post a Topic: Share a question, challenge, or idea you want to explore. Topics can be practical, strategic, or exploratory.
- Join a Topic: Browse the Topic Market and sign up for conversations that spark your curiosity or align with your work.
- Meet in Person: All Braindates take place face-to-face Monday to Wednesday during the conference in the Braindate Lounge in the Laredo Lobby. Conversations can be scheduled in advance so you know exactly when and where to go.
Why Participate?
Braindate helps you tap into the collective experience of the community, get unstuck faster, and build connections rooted in meaningful dialogue rather than chance encounters.
