Exhibitor FAQ

The Training Conference follows the International Association of Exhibition and Events (IAEE) guidelines for booth design. These guidelines ensure visual fairness for all exhibitors when it comes to line of sight.
For a 10' x 10' booth, there is an 8 ft high draped backwall and two 4 ft high draped sidewalls. Any booth components exceeding 4 ft in height should be positioned in the back half (5 ft) of the booth. Please refer to these guidelines when designing your booth.

Each booth reservation comes with one (1) 3-day full conference registration and four (4) expo-only registrations per 100 square feet reserved (a typical 10' x 10' booth). Exhibitors also enjoy discounted pricing on other marketing opportunities and 50% off the price of additional full conference registrations.

Booth reservation price is for booth space, back/side draping (any corner booths will have the corner side open/undraped), and a 17"x 11" identification sign reading your company's name, as it is entered for the exhibitor directory. Furnishings and services (such as tables, chairs, drayage, custom signage, electricity and internet) are separate and additional expenses that will need to be pre-ordered by the exhibiting company.

All booth furnishings and services are ordered by the exhibitor through our expo show decorator, GES, and other vendors. Please click here for the GES Exhibitor Service Kit with order forms and links for all show-related vendors.

Registration for booth staff is now open - register for your badges online here!

Each 10'' x 10'' booth (or per 100 square feet of booth space) receives one 3-day Conference & Expo registration, and four expo-only booth staff registrations.

Don't forget to book your hotel rooms early as well. More information regarding our room blocks is available here.

You are welcome to ship your booth materials to our show decorator GES advance warehouse using their exhibitor portal for shipping.  Exhibitors are responsible for their own shipping fees and handling fees that result from sending materials to the warehouse. Any materials shipped via this method will be delivered by GES directly to your booth area in the Expo Hall prior to your move-in date. You can download shipping labels here

You may also consider shipping to the Disney Coronado Springs Resort's RICOH business center (located in the Convention Center). Exhibitors are responsible for their own shipping fees and handling fees that result from sending materials to the business center. RICOH does offer delivery of your materials to your booth location in the Expo Hall, provided you submit the appropriate paperwork ahead of time - otherwise, a team member may pick up shipments on-site during their open hours. More information here.

Connections Housing is the official and ONLY housing bureau for the Training 2026 Conference & Expo.

Review general hotel and travel information, including the deadline to secure our special group rate, on the Training 2026 Conference site here.

** BEWARE OF HOTEL FRAUD:**
Connections Housing is the only approved, official housing vendor for the Training Conference. Unauthorized housing companies may be contacting you advertising cheaper rates and may imply or claim an affiliation with the Training Conference.  These unauthorized companies aggressively pursue attendees to book hotel rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Unfortunately, some past attendees have fallen prey to these companies and have either been: relocated with little or no warning, lost their significant deposits, not received the guest room nor the hotel they thought they had booked. Reservations made through an agency other than Connections Housing will be at your own risk.  If you are contacted by another housing service trying to sell hotel rooms, please notify Training Conference Housing Management at TrainingConference@ConnectionsHousing.com before providing any company or personal, credit card or banking information.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and discounted rooms are only available while blocks last, so be sure to book soon!

Each 10' x 10' booth (or 100 square feet of booth space) receives one 3-day full-conference registration and four expo-only booth staff registrations. If you'd like to take advantage of our early bird rates, be sure to register before January 30!
