Thank you for your interest in speaking at Training magazine's 50th Annual Training 2027 Conference & Expo — February 22-24 in Orlando, Florida.
Please submit your innovative how-to, best-practice, and solution-focused proposals on how training, learning, and development can help people and their organizations reach higher levels of performance.
The Conference
Training magazine’s Training 2027 Conference & Expo is designed for training, learning, and talent professionals who seek to improve their own knowledge and skills about workplace learning, instructional design, learning content development, implementation, assessment, evaluation, management, leadership, engagement, strategy, and learning technologies.
Participants expect to receive both the theory and the practice, as well as how-tos and hearing from companies leading the charge for workplace learning. They also expect to glean some strategies and best practices for designing, deploying, and managing effective training, too.
The Audience
Training Conference participants are organizational learning professionals from across all industry sectors — including healthcare, manufacturing, finance, transportation, academia, government, military, and business services. Their titles cover the full spectrum of roles — including executives, managers, developers, designers, trainers, facilitators, and project managers.
Who You Are
In-the-trenches learning professionals, consultants, authors, and solution partners from corporations, academia, nonprofits, government, and military.
Your Proposal
We are accepting proposals for (60-minute) breakout sessions. Note: If we cannot accept your session as proposed, we may invite you to deliver the same theme in another format, including the additional programming that takes place in featured program areas in the Training 2027 Expo.
Your proposal should have a strong emphasis on how training is successfully designed, developed, and delivered to enhance learners’ knowledge and skills, align learning outcomes to business results, and report relevant data. The proposal should also include:
