* Rate shown does not include tax. Additional guest charges may apply. Room nights and rates are based on availability until the deadline shown below while supplies last.

  • Reservations: Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until 11:59 pm (ET) Monday, January 11, 2027, while supplies last. The room block may sell out prior to that deadline.
  • Room Deposit: The hotel will take a one night's room and tax deposit on or after December 16, 2026. 
  • Disney Hotel Receipt and Confirmation Number: In order to obtain a receipt for your one night deposit OR obtain your Disney Confirmation Number, see info on this page.

Government Rate Rooms (limited supply)

Attention: Government per diem rates have not been established by the GSA at this time, therefore rooms will show at the current Training 2027 group rate. When the GSA announces per diem rates in September 2026, your rate will be adjusted accordingly, and you will receive an updated reservation acknowledgement with the current GSA government per diem rate. All terms and conditions for this special rate room still apply.

  • Government Rate Rooms (Limited supply for the nights, Sunday, February 21 – Wednesday, February 24, 2027).  All other nights will be at the group rate of $314 single or double occupancy, per night plus taxes.
  • A valid USA government issue ID must be presented at check-in to obtain this rate.  A valid ID is one held by state or federal government workers (university IDs do not qualify for government rate rooms.) Failure to present a valid government ID upon check-in will result in all nights changed to group rate. 
  • Not sure if you qualify for a government rate? USA Government Per Diem rooms are typically limited to attendees with a .gov or .mil email address.

Beware of Hotel Fraud

Connections Housing is the ONLY housing provider for the Training 2027 Conference. Unauthorized housing companies may try to contact you advertising cheaper rates, but you may be subject to fraud such a loss of deposit, loss of your room or transfer to another hotel without warning. If you are contacted by another housing service trying to sell hotel rooms, please notify us at TrainingConference@ConnectionsHousing.com before providing any company or personal, credit card, or banking information.

Photo ID: Disney guests should carry photo identification with them at all times. There are Disney locations at which all guests will be asked to provide a photo identification (state driver’s license, military identification or passport) prior to entrance.

Luggage Storage:  If you are staying at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, luggage storage is at the Bell Desk at the Gran Destino Tower all days.
